Common reasons are wrong driving practices and bad driving habits. For example, a manual car directly enters reverse gear without using the clutch. Maybe when the vehicle enters the reverse gear by mistake at low speed, it will lead to inconsistent friction and collision of the gears, which is often called as gear jam, which is easy to cause gear damage. In addition, poor driving habits will also lead to the extension of gear life and early damage.
3. Improper oil selection or oil shortage can also lead to excessive wear and damage of gears. It usually needs lubrication. Outstanding lubrication is a necessary measure to improve power transmission efficiency and reduce wear. When the viscosity of the oil used is inappropriate and the amount of oil is low, the gearbox is not well lubricated, and the wear is aggravated. Gear damage or other mechanical failures are easily caused by long-term operation.
